These terms apply to the Kognifi Training Portal (kognifi.training). They add to the Kognifi Universal Terms of Service. If the two are different, these terms apply to the Training Portal.
1. Who Can Use the Portal
Participants enrolled in a Kognifi course, the HR or L&D contact that their employer appoints, Kognifi trainers and Kognifi staff. Kognifi creates your account, or approves your account when you request a seat.
2. Your Account
Keep your sign-in details private. Do not share your account. Tell Kognifi immediately if another person uses it.
3. Course Access
You can use a course from the day you are enrolled until 90 days after the last training day, unless your agreement with Kognifi gives a different period. Some lessons open on the training days.
4. Course Materials
Lessons, workbooks, handbooks, slides, assessments and templates belong to Kognifi Sdn Bhd. You can use them for your own work and learning. Do not copy, sell, publish or share them outside your organisation without written permission from Kognifi.
5. Your Work
Your assignment answers and uploads stay yours. You allow Kognifi to keep them, to assess them, and to show your results to the people named in the Privacy Notice. Do not upload confidential information of your employer or of a third party, or personal data of other people.
6. Assessments
Do the assessments yourself. Kognifi can cancel a result that is not your own work.
7. Certificates
Kognifi issues certificates by the rules in “Your Certificate” on each course: Certificate of Attendance, Certificate of Achievement and Certificate of Competency. A certificate shows the course, the dates and the level you achieved. Kognifi can withdraw a certificate that it issued in error.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not try to get into other accounts or the data of other companies, attack the portal, or post unlawful or offensive content.
9. Availability
Kognifi tries to keep the portal available, but does not promise that it is always available or free of errors.
10. Changes and Ending Access
Kognifi can change these terms. The date of the last change is at the end of this page. Kognifi can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
